Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling Installation, Testing, Commissioning of PHE System (Plumbing) Including Hot and Cold-water System, Pneumatic System, Water treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent treatment plant (ETP) and Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP).
- Co-ordination with sub-contractors to achieve the target as per schedule for the timely completion of the project.
- Understanding of Drawings and follow-up for execution.
- Co-ordinate with other services and resolve the site related issues.
- Co-ordination with Third party commissioning agency & all other service contractors for interfacing & integrating of all services.
- Liaison with Customer and Consultant for speedy execution at site.
- Project supervision & execution adhering to designed Quality and Safety requirements to meet the deadline of completion.
- Responsible for safety of man and material during installation.
- Preparation of daily progress report.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5 to 10 years of experience from good construction companies
- Building experience mandatory (Medical college, Residential, Commercial, Industrial)
